Design Team 3.0

The new ABC Green Homes 3.0 (Affordable, Buildable, Certifiable) will be a breath of fresh air, literally. The highly sustainable, multigenerational homes are being designed by Danielian Associates Architecture + Planning, and will embrace the latest green elements and technologies to create very special and healthy places for wounded veterans and their families to live.

John plays an active role allocating resources and developing project management systems to facilitate on-time and within-budget project delivery. His strong understanding of the full range of architectural services was acquired during his years of hands-on project involvement. Prior to joining Danielian, John worked for Johnson Fain Pereira, and acquiring expertise in high-rise commercial architecture.[/ezcol_3quarter] [ezcol_1quarter_end][/ezcol_1quarter_end]

Habitat for Humanity of Orange County is part of a global, non-profit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seek to put love and faith into action by building homes, communities, and hope. Habitat for Humanity of Orange County is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating, and preserving homes by advocating for fair and just housing policies as well as providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions. Bekam received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from California State University, Long Beach and is a registered professional engineer in Civil and/or Structural Engineering in 25 states. In practice with Gouvis Engineering since 1982, Saeed has been a pioneer in bringing innovative ideas not only to Gouvis Engineering, but to the field of structural engineering as well.
