ABC Green Home 3.0 Slab Pour
The ABC Green Home celebrates Cinco De Mayo a little early in style today with the slab pour for the first of three Net Zero, LEED, sustainable homes being constructed on-site in Fullerton, Calif. The ABC Green Home Project is a series of high performance American homes by Peninsula Publishing and Habitat For Humanity Orange County that are built exclusively using building materials donated from the advertisers for both Green Home Builder magazine and Builder and Developer magazine. Designed by John Danielian and his team at Danielian Associates Architects, the contemporary architecture reflects the Eichler neighborhoods nearby. These energy efficient homes use very little energy and water; as an added bonus for the community, these model homes will be designated for U.S. Veteran families after they are used to demonstrate best practices in energy efficiency, design, technology, and construction.
